What's with the recessed edges on the upper and lower left?
Space for a future expansion, maybe (can't imagine they'd get many seats out of those bits)? Or just the open bits of the 'wavy' superstructure that together let light in, like the Emirates?
Levy said that the deadline for a decision to be made is as late as February/March 2017! It might of course be in place earlier, but it's a process that might take quite some time.Anyone know roughly when we can expect to hear about Wembley? If next seasons our last at the Lane that doesn't leave us with long to get our temp. home sorted out.

Spurs to find out stadium fate in mid-January
Tottenham will have to wait until mid-January before they get the green light to begin work on the £400m redevelopment of White Hart Lane to make it into a 61,100-seater stadium.
Haringey Council gave its approval last week, but the club must have the plans rubber-stamped by London mayor Boris Johnson, who is set to make his assessment next month. The mayor is in favour of the construction.
Work will begin in Spring 2016 once the club receives full permission.
Tottenham intend to play away from their home ground for the 2017-18 season "to enable a faster construction of the new stadium" before opening it in time for the 2018-19 campaign.
