Yeah those listed buildings may have been there years and in that time they've done nothing to help in comparison to how or stadium would. Better they go down for something that's going to help regenerate and improve the area than go down on fire in another riot.

But those piles of rubbish lovely old buildings have been there for so long and creates this natural flow along the high road. Blah blah blah

I saw a movie then switched back.

They're now being told in no uncertain terms (not sure by whom) what their job is: To look at the bigger picture when making the decision, not get hung up in petty details.
 
With all the coughing, hacking and wheezing from council members, the late-breaking debate on putting health centre considerations onto a 106 smacks of self interest.
