Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

Chelsea will throw many at whatever and whoever they need IMO and walk through all the planning processes

There are plenty of people in that part of town who do not need the money and might prefer not living next to a football stadium/building site.

They already live next to a stadium. Its not a new build site and there is always loads of work ongoing there. Its a bonkers area for construction projects as their si so much basement builds for example ongoing

Big difference between theres and ours is the new location even though its literally 3/4 on the existing site

I know they do but a large number of them have no long-term connection to the area and may well think that the area would be more pleasant without 30k Chelsea fans every other week.

I can not think any person who had a choice would want to live near a football stadium apart from a fan, I use to live half a mile from Millwall and that was bad enough, I wouldn't mind living near Lords though, one of those house with their garden behind the Pavilion would do.

Heard some gossip from someone who knows a director at Spurs the other day. It won't be announced yet (guessing there are lots of legal thugs which need to be finalised, but apparently we think we have Wembley for the season we need it, Chelsea have it the next 2 seasons!

I heard very similar. PM'd a few on here the other day. Chavs are nowhere near ready to compete with us (from a timing perspectve).

Hope this is correct. It will, I believe, the best venue.

So... where is this Mayor of London decision? Only in the public sector could decision making with so many ramifications have such a murky process.

Had a Hammers fan at work yesterday telling me how they are going to have a massive one level kop at one end like us, er ok then

I think that he meant this type of massive cop

Their claim is for one of the side stands (East?). On that side they are installing a section with the extra seats bridging the gap between the upper stand and the retractable stand in football position. It does sort of make it continuous.
