It's a small thing but it does add up to something. It builds a mentality into the squad. If we make losing games an unusual occurrence we can then turn the draws into wins. Being unwilling to lose is a fantastic attribute to have and one we just didn't have last season.

We've seen a fight in the way we defend that we haven't seen in the league for a long time this season.

They look furious when we concede.
 
Bizarre, this current obsession with leadership groups. If anything, it shows that there is no natural leader.

And Vic feels like the opposite to a calm head to me, waving his arms around like a madman whenever an opposition player shoots at goal - and generally creating unrest for those around him.

maybe its a ploy to get him to be more matured and calm and an example for the young ones

I really like TF already. Willing to be patient until we get back some of those injured players. Difference to last season when we had our injury issues (mostly defensive) we just couldn't adapt. While things aren't great in attack currently at least we are proving more resilient.
