Musk has literally created a ring of debris of brick to make the third world dependent on him supplying internet. Give it another 5 years or so and it will be nearly impossible to launch a mission without hitting the debris he has created.
I've heard complaints about the numbers of satellites in space before. They've always come from people who vastly underestimate just how big space is.

The parts around the Earth at low, medium and Geosynchronous orbit distances.
It's a really huge area that isn't even near to being full of satellites.
