This is why I can't get excited over England. A penalty shootout and I wasn't even excited, nervous or anything. They are a bunch of Bottlers and a disgrace to the shirt.
 
what a limp load of nonsense that was.

fairly strange to sit in and refuse to to cross the half way line when you know you lose 99.9% of all shoot outs.
 
Italy were the better team, fair play.

All those previous managers lambasted for not practicing pens, I always felt it wouldn't matter because its pressure that gets to players and not the technique. Well guess that goes a long way to prove one argument over another.

And Parker gets rested in time for the new season (where due to his strange style of technique he'll probably be sold by the new manager in the window anyway!) so that's a plus!
 
I actually feel sorry for Cole because I think he has been brilliant this tournament.

I blame Roy. I know this is a point that digresses but Harry would have gone at those Italians.
