The Official 2024/25 Premier League Thread

As it stands we can now send Soton down tomorrow if we win, but I am sure Dr Tottenham will administer some tablets to keep them alive for just one more week
I despise Southampton as a club and their fans. It would be great for my son to witness his first Spurs win and send them down at the same time. Let's see but I predict a very tight game, they may even take the lead ala Ipswich.

I can relate to this. About two weeks ago I looked at the fixtures and could see where there was a scenario that with the correct set of results we could have a situation we a win for us would send them down.
Those results have happened and we are in that position. And yes, to quote Kevin Keegan, I would 'love it' if we sent them down tomorrow

Sadly though, this is the match they have probably been waiting for to get a much-needed win. Pretty sure Graham Potter is counting the days to the day we visit too.
I sure I read somewhere Leicester City have not scored a goal since they came to WHL

Would it be some sort of record if we did lose tomorrow, would we then be the 1st team to lose at home to all 3 teams that get relegated???
