The "Official" 2013/14 Other teams matches thread

Can we beat Emirates Marketing Project tho ? We owe them and the chavs. Not losing would be a good result. Aguero's goal, what a striker he is.

Why not?

We beat them last year and they havent had the best away form in the league this year.

After a striking CL-performance Zlatan is back in France again. Watch out Saint-Etienne!

Looking at the toffees and Southampton, those are two teams doing well early this season. Wonder if they'll stay or get replaced by manyoo and another.

i remember last year's game, we were trailing then suddenly we clicked and wham bam 3-1. Hope we do that again this season, we need fortress WHL against our direct rivals.

My prediction was and is London 1,2,3 and Lancashire 4,5,6.
Could be Everton finish above United. Unlikely though.
Soton are this year's WBA.

Judging by current form (unwise, but still), I'm going for

Chelsea
Arsenal
Liverpool
Us
Everton
United
Southampton
Swansea....

...9 others....

Fulham
Sunderland
Crystal Palace

We have Everton next weekend. Massive, MASSIVE game. Possibly even a must win.

Indeed, suppose every league game could be considered a "must win" if we want to avoid missing out on CL football by 1 point for the third season on the trot... if only we'd not thrown away those 3 points at Goodison last season...

Would be very surprised if we finished above City. You never know

He said on current form, and I can't argue with that. I could say that all of our defeats have come from individual errors and once we clean them up, we'll be right as rain. But at the moment, I can't see us clearing them up. Without Kompany our defending is comical, Clichy has lost all his pace and neither Fernandinho nor Yaya are good enough defensively. If you were to watch us consistently, you'd see that we aren't much different to last season. And that didn't exactly go like a dream.

I don't see Liverpool lasting on their current run, although they are massively helped by no European or league cup football (I'd much rather be in those comps though).
