With an Italian manager and an Italian DoF, it should be entirely possible to bring those players in and they would cost nowhere near £120m in fees and the three of them would make us better. They would mean a big hike to the wage bill however so will need our chairman to up the wage budget to something that is closer to that of the ambitious clubs.

Milan looking good for a title challenge this season so the players you mentioned probably would wait till summer. Like the idea though.
 
Agree with the comments above about likely impact on Kane's performances if Conte shows up. Will be a massive boost

in terms of his 3-5-2 formation:

Kane and Son up to = Lukaku and Martinez which he had
Skipp or PEH = the Brozovic role
Regi = the Young/Perisic LWB role
Romero, Dier = 2 of the 3 CBs
Not sure whether Royal fits the RWB role exactly....but worth seeing
TBD whether GLC or Ndombele can fit one of the midfield roles

The midfield needs to big bucks spent in Jan

We need to go all in on Barella.

I’m sure Paratici will be all over Kessie like a tramp on chips too.

Can't see him moving Son from the left really. Maybe if we get another striker one day we'll play 2 up.

I thnk it makes a lot of sense. Leaves space on the left flank to a LWB (rather than LB) and can also use Son's pace against CB's who are generally slower
