The whole set up in this country in my opinion is poor and needs to be sorted.

You have under 10 or under 11 teams playing 11-a-side pitches. My opinion is that they shouldn't be. They should be playing small pitches, they should be playing on pitches which wont even allow them the long ball option, the only option is pass. In training, have an over head height rule, if you kick it over head height, you get a booking or a free kick to the other team etc.

Yep I agree with that. I don't play Sunday football anymore, I much prefer 5 a side and 8 a side as you get more touches of the ball and it's more about passing and close control.

I don't think it's squad players we want. First team regulars, top rated, star players for me please.

I think we need a hardcore of 16 players with the other nine competent enough to do a good job without a significant drop in quality.

Our first 11 is pretty good barring one or two players. Our back ups dont cut it for me. the other nine - less so

a better set of squad players this season may have arguably seen us cement 3rd rather than falling away . . .

and for my money Kuyt is the type of player which will work tirelessly for the team, especially when the going is against you - quite the type of player mentality we still require

Agreed. His mentality alone would add something big to the squad.

Hahahahhahahahahahahahahahahhahah

If you had said VDV then fair enough i could understand but you're smoking some hard stuff if you think Aaron Lennon has better movement than Dirk Kuyt. The other 3 you've listed are not known for having good movement either (well Luka is i guess).

absolute gonads

that's brilliant Dayo - better be careful in poking fun at Liverpool/Suarez though - it might come back to haunt us next season
