the longer the likes of terry and lumpard stick around, the club will continue to decay from the inside.. as posted earlier, long may it continue.

The problem Chelsea have tactically is they have a raft of physical midfielders that cant create anything.
Essien, Ramies, Mikel, Meireles, Lampard. None of these guys can make a defence splitting pass.
They are predictable in their play.

I think people are being a bit harsh on AVB he is still very young and he is obviously trying to transform Chelsea but it's just not happening at the moment due to the amount of has beens in the side. This is some big experience for him and im sure he will learn a lot from it and become a better man from it.

Blimey if Chelsea go out here we have a HUGE chance to win the trophy. Only Liverpool and the Gooners in our way in terms of the 'big' clubs - let's see how the second half goes and go out and grab a win at Stevenage!

All would have been changed had Modric gone their in the summer, credit to Levy - he really fudged them over for that one and helped us perform the way we have this season.

Torres subbed - I would love to put a 20m bid in for him. He would have the motivation to prove to people he still got what it takes and Harry would be the best man for that.

Should we not sign Adebayor in the summer then I'd be all for signing him (for a reasonable price). If he played ahead of VDV, he would be working in a similar system to his Liverpool days in which Gerrard was supplying him.

I know many others will disagree, but I just can't see all that talent going completely down the drain.

Chrissie Hughton's done a brilliant job there.....
Very happy for him. Did a good job at Saudi Sportswashing Machine too. He seems like a good bloke and was a great servant to Spurs.
I remember all the crap people said about him, on this board too, when he was at Spurs. I thought it was a disgrace back then. I am glad to see that he is proving people wrong now.

Can't believe Redmond is 17, really has a massive career ahead of him if it doesn't go to his head.

Terry referee situation is disgusting.

Had a meeting with with at half time whatever that means.

If he's not on a the pitch he has not right to be communicating with the referee in my opinion

AVB is an utter joke man. Not giving Lukaku a chance in a cup game and persisting with Torres? In a fudging cup game? a clown of a manager.

Harry could definitely get him back to his best, providing the fans don't get on his back.
