Hahahahah Wenger making excuses before the game about them relaying the pitch and it going against their wingers hahaha..
 
I think Arse will do no worse than get a goal here. Meaning even conceding 3 might not be a disaster for them.

They have done it on purpose. The pitch there doesn't grow, it rots. Needs to be changed several times every season.

as both ac milan and inter milan share the stadium, the pitch is being used, often, 4 times per week. it get's relayed 4 times a year but the unseasonably low temperatures recently meant it was not possible to relay the whole pitch so they had to do a bit of a bodge by relaying the flanks only. no conspiracy here, just an overused pitch being patched up.

It wasn't that cold during the midwinter-break. They could have relaid it then.


Plus why only relay the flanks if the entire thing needs relaying?
