It's hilarious how they keep going on about all these scouts who compile the states, hell I did the stats on the game for Saudi Sportswashing Machine for three or four years about 7 or 8 years ago and I am no scout! Also doesn't factors in that the the stats are built around a given current ability rating, which has to fit within certain allocations based on where a club finished in the previous season.
