One thing about Cavani though is that he has always had incredible movement and that is why he gets so many chances. I never worry too much about conversion ratios, goals scored is the only stat that matters for a centre forward (especially non penalty goals).
I dont think either are worth the price their clubs would want. If we're going for a England based player, King is posibly more likely as he'd be half the price
