Even if they didn't have those they'd find a way around the rules. Money can generally do that. I don't doubt Moses's quality but as said, there'll be some tinkled off Chelsea players by the end of the season.

They only registered 23 players last season because they lacked home grown ones.

There is nothing to suggest we have given up on Moutinho. It has always been reported we would move for him once the Modric deal was done, from what I see nothing has changed.

Aside from which the market has changed dramatically, in cases it really does take that sort of money to get certain players you need.

I believe in the case of receiving Modric money we could well go for a £25m player
 
It's funny to think that people think we've stopped moving for certain players just because the media says so. Us, as regular fans, know fudge all about the inner workings of the club - so until the transfer window is over, anything can happen.

If you think we won't break our transfer window then you're an idiot. It may be unlikely, but that does not mean to say that it's impossible.

Crikey I've just come to this thread to read 5 or 6 pages of exciting news... and it's just circular arguments and departedness.

How many times can you guys discuss Adebayor/ACN/Togo/qualifying - 433/Ade/Leandro - AVB/Press Conference/Truth/Lies - VdV/Sigg - Willian/Lennon - before you go mad?

Yep for you and me it's a price worth paying. I don't think Levy agrees with that which is why I don't see us paying £20m up front for anyone
