Son Heung-Min

I agree with you guys that said this was the right time for Sonny to move on, and although we will miss him, I sincerely hope he tears it up here in MLS. I'll have a chance to see him play so that's a silver lining, but saying goodbye hurts a lot.

So far, we can say at least half a Korean is still a Spurs fan post-Sonny.

Kane hasn't put out a single word yet about Son. That's telling, and pretty shocking if you ask me! And that is why, in my view, Kane doesn't even reach the ankles of Son in terms of being a true club legend. Kane was a great player for us, but Son is more than that!
Kane’s just put out a few words about Son…

Evidently he must have seen Kandi's scathing remarks and moved quickly to right his wrongs.

If only Kane had been more proactive on social media during his time here instead of scoring goals, he might have been viewed in a more favourable light; abeit by actual adults who get upset about what people do or don't post on social media, up to and including which emojis they choose to react to other people's posts.

Edit - I was going to give myself the middle finger reaction to this post, but rather disappointingly we are unable to react to our own posts. Get it sorted Scara!

Buhuu frickety huh. He did redeem himself quite a bit with what he said, but it's appears a bit weird that he had to be asked about it before actually saying something, and by what he said, it didn't sound like he had even spoken to Son. You have to admit that it is somewhat strange that he hasn't, and only now spoken out.
It's as if someone has told him to do so.....

I wouldn’t surprised if he saw all of the 14 year olds on reddit complaining as you did.

Don't like seeing him in any other teams colours but obviously the MLS is preferable to any team we'd be likely to come up against in competitive football.

Good move all round. He left on a high, we got decent money for a 33 year old. Would like to have seen him stay for another couple of weeks and pick up a Super Cup medal though.
