For clarity I am not religious. I am a cultural Muslim who practices some parts and have suffered islamophobia for years and years. The rule Scara lives by applies to me. My lived experience does not take away from the right to mock religions. I still have the right not to suffer racism based on by ostensible/perceived faith.

The issue here is that Scara must believe all Muslims are religious and all Jewish people are not as a rule, or otherwise his argument falls and crashes.
You're conflating the issue again.
If you're being attacked for your skin colour or where you were born, that's obviously wrong. It goes without saying. But you've cleverly phrased that as "Muslims have been attacked for being brown and Pakistani" as if the Muslim bit has anything to do with it.
Why not just say "people have been attacked....." and leave the religion bit out?

I had about 30 working for me for over a decade.

It's not semantics, it's difference between religion and skin colour.
Do you not think that's an important distinction? Do you agree that it's ok to criticise people's choices but not how they're born?
My fault, I'm afraid.
I'm terrible at simplifying things and allowing others to catch up with me. I do my best but it's not a strong point.

Scara is tying himself in knots coz he's been found out for having double standards on anti semtisim vs Islamophobia. Mainly because his views clearly don't accept antisemitism as a thing but the people he gets his ideas from do so he is walking around in circles saying nothing
