Yes. I think the fee will already be set (and probably payment structure).

And sometimes the loan fee goes towards that agreed amount.

As much as I dislike Henry. His attitude and willingness to improve was phenomenal… but he had Wenger guiding him which I believe is what made him the player he became. I have listened to a few interviews of his where he explains how Wenger changed his game and helped him grow into the player he was … spit

He has signed the option in the deal
