Hope he can take further steps in how effective he is against teams that sit back and when we're facing a high intensive press. If he can he would become an immense player for us. Even without doing that he's still super useful and in some games absolutely a wonderful player. But he'll probably be a bit "inconsistent" if he doesn't (great in some game states, average in others).

I'm still unsure about his ability to make big improvements in those (imo) key areas, but certainly think it's possible.
 
What a great couple of games he's had. Absolutely immense vs Villa especially in that second half and was great vs Emirates Marketing Project before he had to be withdrawn because of the yellow card.

I don't think there is another midfielder who can eat up the yards with the ball at his feet like he can and i hope we (and him) continue to evolve to be able to get quickly from back-to-front against teams mostly well-set but who move out of their comfort low positions for a split second. Again, if we and he can start being able to do this more in away games we will start to fly..
 
Played 87 minutes in Senegal’s 2-0 win over Burundi, so hopefully not too knackered to cover those yards at weekend if needed.

He has grown into a very good player here and still only 22, i really believe that this kid can go all the way to the top. Seems to me he has grown a lot during his time here and lets hope it contiues.

Absolutely. The City game was also very much his kind of game. Fairly transitional, loads of opportunities to use his defensive abilities.

To go all the way to the top he has to become more impact full when teams are sitting back against us. Already showing good signs of that, but still some way to go.

Already a tremendous player when the circumstances are right for him. At just 22. In central midfield for us. All great to see. I think he can take further steps too.
