Would have had a far better chance of scoring with an earlier ball. Getting the ball further out (eg around the penalty spot) would have given him more space. When Siggy got the ball he had 2 defs right in front of him

Sig wasnt too far into the box to get on the end of it. I think Defoe was right. Im not slating Sig (some will think I am - jeez) but if Defoe missed that we wouldnt be hearing the end of it

I like the possession, but this simply isn't good enough. Spure are one 82nd minute Reading goal away from this being a disaster. Not sure what takes this good play up a professional notch, but AVB should sort it out at half.
