Dont care what Shearer/Crouch/Lineker/O'Neill, I;m with you, his arm is out in an unnatural position, Penalty. Down by his side like the one with the Wasilewski in the first half, no pen.

Penalty all day for me. Not only is his arm outstretched, but his hand flicks the ball out of Rose's path (albeit not deliberately) giving him an advantage. If that's not a foul, then the hand-ball offence is meaningless. Ref got it spot on.
