omt*** Tottenham Hotspur Vs Leeds United

I disagree. By staying on the line you make it a far more difficult choice for the defender.

If you come out it's simple, pass it across. If you don't, the striker has to make the choice and if he does pass it you have the chance to get across and try to make a save.

So you dont agree with making the attacker make a choice, not decide for himself? If you make him pass by, in this instance, Brad coming out - yes they probably would have scored but, the defender may not have passed, we may have got a block, the attacker may have strayed offside. Make them score ffs not give accept they are going to score.

If Parker isn't taking the touch of a rapist, or doing a spin, he's putting his foot in!

sometimes he does that lovely thing where he gets the ball and runs in a straight line across the pitch before dropping the ball at a team mates feet, reminds me of my dog picking up the tennis ball after i throw it, would not want to stroke parkers stomach or pick up his poo though.

 he's definitely no Sandro.

Huddlestone is sitting there in front of the back 4 so we dont really need Parker. Or the other way round. Hudd's passing is better so take Parker off.

Dembele on please.

Nice ball through to Lennon, however there is nobody in the box so he has to hold them up.

Thudd and Parker are getting in each others way, seem to be trying to occupy the same place.

Huddlestone is getting hate because well he's Huddlestone. Done nothing wrong at all today. Unlike GHod Parker who's error almost cost us a goal early on.

So obvious that people don't understand keeper coaching. Probably because most people have never been subject to it. In that position, situation at that angle? The keeper has to come to the edge of the six yard box (not much further, a yard at the most), cover his near post and make the opposition player have only one place where he can score. What Friedel did there was the TEXTBOOK correct way of keeping, but if you have an agenda to support I guess that doesn't matter? No one is giving Varney credit for the finish, it was superb. Curled to the far post, hitting the side netting. Absolutely perfect and absolutely unstoppable if the keeper has positioned himself correctly.
