omt*** Tottenham Hotspur Vs Leeds United

Terrible defending.

Bad keeping. Never attacked the forward. Stood there waiting for him to score.

That's because the square ball was on at the same time. so he had two players to cover -nice finish too. Shouldn't blame Brad for that. brick defending.

Don't bother talking to Charlie about goalkeeping - he loves Lloris more than his own mum

keeper could have come out and closed down the area for the attacker to shoot into but the is only one person at fault for that goal and it naughton doing a massive mistake yet again....

You either go for one or the other. I should have scored that looking at the keeper positioning. Just stood there.

Not being funny but you're talking brick. If he went for him he easily squares it. You see that none of the commentators even mentioned Freidel's name for the goal.....your love for Hugo causes you to talk irrational.

 Just think Friedel is past it and we're not helping ourselves having him in goal.

I think I am getting used to LLoris rushing at strikers feet, not standing there watching the ball go into the net.

Pretty much this. The only option he has is to stay on the line.

We look threatening enough going forward so should scor, problem is I don't recall the last time our defence looked so wide open. Christ!

Yes, blame the keeping for that goal.

Freidel comes out, the ball gets passed across and it's a tap in.

Id have to agree that it was bad keeping. If brad come out and makes him past then you have made the attacker do something, he may fluff it, what ever. But staying on your line puts no pressure on him to score on its an easy goal.

Its something we do at Spurs, and have done in my years watching them, we never ask the question, never put the onus on the other players. It always seems too easy for opposition players against us - at least make them work for their goal/assist and if they do great but the human mind can not deal with pressure very well.

Mate, get over it, Friedel is second choice and these are the types of games we'll see him in now. He is the best 2nd choice keeper in the league.

And if he starts closing down the angle there, Varney probably squares it to allow the other player to tap into an open goal. Not much he could have done there.
