***OMT TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR vs Everton***

I really didn’t want to say this and give him the season but it’s Ange out for me now.

The two goals flattered us and credit the lads for their efforts. The things we did on that pitch, particularly first half, were beyond belief. It’s not down to the players playing, it’s what they’re being instructed to do.

There is nothing to hang your hat on with Ange. We’re 15th. People say “the cups” but we’re in the early rounds of the Europa and FA Cups. He’s done nothing positive in those competitions. Then it comes down to the League Cup where admittedly we’ve done well. But does anyone see us getting a result at Anfield?

If that lead evaporates, once the fog clears, you’ll see the Emperor has no clothes. He’s a good man but not a good enough manager for this level. He’s got to go before this gets even worse.

Seems people are easily led by comms.

And some with their eyes.
15 teams in the PL would have put 5 past us today.
Kinsky made two really good saves.
Calvert Lewin missed two chances that are unacceptable to miss.
It was less than 5 before Everton are crap, nothing else.

But speaking of stats, here are the two most important:
Goals: Everton 3. Tottenham 2.
Points: Tottenham are now 8 points above the relegation places. (8!!!)

Unfortunately those two goals that I didn't see and never ever will see mean he's here for another week or at least the semi final.

By then we will two more losses down and very close to the bottom.

I honestly have no idea why Levy has not sacked him already, this fraud has had more than enough chances to not get himself sacked yet he is failing miserably and is the worst spurs manager in our history.

It's alright once we start playing teams worse than Everton (that aren't Ipswich) we'll fly up the table!

You honestly think any manager is going to get results playing two 18 year old youth players and a makeshift back line?

I agree it is likely Postecoglou will be relieved of his duties now. But mainly because fans won't give him time to get players back, and the malaise has already set in.

But honestly, which manager in world football is getting results missing both CBs and both midfielders?

I don't mind Ange sacked as it is untenable now, but to think any manager could get results with the players available is optimistic.

Exactly. We lost by 1. Not 4. That was my point. Everton and DCL will never score all of their chances.

Anyway - seems emotions are high and logic is out the window.

Might be time to log off.

Edit: to add. People were saying we could have lost by 8 against Liverpool. Maybe they meant 11-3 (even though Liverpool’s XG was 4.5) or maybe they just erased our goals and meant 8-0. Maybe they can let us know….illogical.

Son on the bench and Moore on the left and Richarlisson/Lankshear as striker options might have seen us win this match. Everton is s**t and their defense only looked ok, fell apart with first little bit of preassure.

Sarr to blame for the first goal, a stupid stupid pass straight into the middle, one you learn not to do when you are six years old. I cannot understand how a professional at this level can do stupid misstakes like that.

Just hope next manager has balls to bench Son.

The missing players won't make that big a difference. The way we set up the team will never lead to success in the PL.

I believe lots of mangers do better than 7 defeats in 9 games. Gray played CB today. He didn’t need to. It was a head scratching set up and made us even less solid than we’ve been.

Look at the space they had in our half at times. Mad. Look at their press compared to ours. Theirs won them a goal, ours lost us a goal. Look at Son and Spence trying to dribble out facing their own goal with two players on them. All of that is a result of bad coaching and bad set up.
