Was just wondering about his role. Does a lot of closing but his positional play doesn’t strike me as great, and I’m not sure we’re fully utilising his attributes as yet.

I would keep playing him. He looks in great shape. Just has to tighten up in front of goal. He'll never be as clinical as some, but with confidence and games, he could certainly have impact. Hit the post, wasn't a million miles away from a second.

Bro you're talking like you haven't seen Werner play for Us, Chelsea and Leipzig. This is what he does, he does 90% well but the final bit, the bit that actually matters nearly always fails.
