if we hadn't made silly like for like subs we might have won here. firstly we might not have got overrun, secondly we wouldnt have the same formation with inferior players. the chadli sub was just mind boggling.
 
great point, i'd have taken that before the game so it's a great result

glad we didn't lose, could be a big point or 2 dropped at the end of the season though, only time will tell
 
decent result. not happy with the use of subs and if it hadn't been for a soft red we'd have probably lost.

at the end when we had the man advantage we really needed a predator like Soldado. and im afraid if that situation was tailor made for Sandro, well, then we might as well sell him.

cant believe we finished that game with chadli and defoe on. we had the quality of the likes of soldado, lamela, townsend, sandro all not on the pitch so that we could accomodate two players like defoe and chadli?

very frustrating.

Agree with this. A draw is a good result, but really we handed them the initiative - I think mourihno got the 2nd half tactics spot on.

Once Mata came on would have liked to see us go to the same formation as against Palace and Swansea, with Sandro, Demb and Paulinho to block the midfield…could have had eriksen left and Townsend or Lamela right…would have made the game more even and could then have planned a late sub to go more attacking.

He ran around in circles and kept hold of the ball to often. He slows us up and gives away silly free kicks after losing the ball. He is like the kid at school who dribbles around 1 to many players and passes the ball 5 minutes to late.
 
Total collapse in second half, we just bent over and let them have it. AVB needs to sort out ASAP.
Confused by Chadli substitution, would have liked to see Lamela in stead.

All in all good point, probably wouldn't have been a draw without the red so.
 
Some of our players new to the premier league struggled today compared to their usual form. The likes of Paulinho, Eriksen and Soldado haven't played in games with his tempo before. Naughton looked lost too.
