To be fair, it's been all season.
Which is what I'm saying about becoming a footballer Vs having skill. He struts around the pitch but had done little with it this season.
It's not lazy narrative, it's about how you effect the game.
 
Losing Vertonghen has lost us this IMO. Defence were struggling badly already and it's now minus its leading light. Even if Moura can conjure something or Llorente comes up with a fluke off his pelvis, we'll concede again, I'm convinced of it.

I believe in all that you're saying and I get it Steff, but Alli has been walking around out there, taking the tinkle.

For three games in a row this has been the case. If his hand is bothering him, don't play.

He didn't look committed in the first half an hour. Needs to up his work rate. I hope you're right.
