***OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool***

International football is a poor measure FFS
Brian Gil is a man child yet still has something like 15 caps
I guess sonny is a 1/5 of ours with his 131
We have lots of lads with decent numbers. Even dismissing international football, we have lads who have played Champions League. Pros who have done well in their careers. And they laid down in a semi final and got bummed. Bummed as bad as I’ve seen any team bummed in a semi final.

Ange and the players let themselves and the club down tonight. It was a team that was easily good enough to make things harder for Liverpool.

The thing is...is there any Manager that can fix the problems at our club???

Of course there is.

In reality we don’t have any problems.

We just need the right person at the right time.

All Spurs managers get top level facilities and every penny to spend on the squad the club can afford.

We just need someone who gets it right, and can keep the PPG high enough for things to fall into place when the cheating clubs falter.

I stand corrected.
I know son obviously has a lot of caps, but I didn’t realise Bentancur and kulu were as high as they were.
As for the performance, I can't agree. I thought until the penalty we were doing OK in the circumstances.
We were always going to tire, look at their subs in comparison to ours.

We were doing ok? Is doing ok relying on last man blocks, not always good finishing and continually being outdone with the same move? We were backs against the wall when it was obvious that we couldn’t play like that. I’d have rather had Kulusevski as striker than Richarlison. Richarlison is not reliable and his injuries means that he struggles to find form. So we were stuck with a striker who isn’t at the required level and the ball kept coming back to us. Sorry but whilst I appreciate the hard work of the defence, as a team that performance was far from acceptable.

How many of our team tonight played CL …
Davies … but was the back up a lot too
Bentacur
Sonny and Kulu
They didn’t lay down but some of them were not the ti be counted on either
I keep on talking about our captain and then I get told he is still the best finisher. He was, but now he struggles to finish a pass.
That’s what you’re starting with as your captain, your leader.
We di make things harder for pool Before one of these experienced players gave them the pass
Another experienced player did it too and that killed the game at 2 nil
It’s not the kids or the new signings fudging up as much as the experienced pros

Its not the manager. Our malaise is far more deep seated than this. We have have had the best managers in the world.

But who are we are these days? We are a banter club. The second most indebted club in world football.

Its the top. A man so out of his depth, so devoid of personality. A man with such poor judgement.

Incompetence is his trademark.

But hey! Lets give him another try!

Insanity

It was pretty bad.

As bad as i thought. I genuinely did think 4 goals if im being honest.

We are in a pickle. We have to realise Levy is the common denominator. Until he goes we carry on like this.

Its so sad as I genuinely thought Angelou was going to get something out of us. Tonight was a joke. Team selection and tactics.

We are in a relegation fight now.

We’re not in a relegation fight.

No, but there probably is a club that can fix our manager. Melbourne FC.

It’s a fair point but I think my worry is how further can we fall under this manager
yeah...well I keep thinking maybe he will be able to pull us out of this hole and I was hoping it would start tonight..what with the new signings..anyhow
you cant expect players to automatically fit in in their first game...
so i cant see him being sacked just yet..lest not forget who we were up against.
