***OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool***

Liverpool read the game so well OUT of possession.

In possession they move into space and we stay rigid in our shape ...so easy for them to be free.

I'd mark Salah closely so they don't pass it to him in the first place. He's a very good passer/creator as well. BUT could someone just notice (apart from Salah!) that slide ball to Bradley or whoever as our two out there with Salah are just transfixed with him...it's like fudging hypnosis.

Danso is being marked by Szolosabai on attacking corners...we should target that.

Perhaps we will release Moore and Tel in the last fifteen minutes.

It’s because their full back is physical and son hates that

Well that was pretty relentless domination by Liverpool. On the plus side they have only scored one goal and haven't really created to many good chances although if this carries on you only imagine it'll be a matter of time.

Problem is when we win the ball we can't hold it and have created nothing with the little of the ball we've had.

I'd like to see Kulu in midfield in place of Sarr with someone replacing him on the wing. Let's hope Tel does something special second half 🙏

Our players are poor. Our midfield kulu apart would struggle to get into Southamptons side. They are lower championship level.

It is what it is mate.

Could work, although it's a big ask to throw Moore into this game. As much as I like him and think he'll be phenomenal, tonight is a completely different level to last week's Europa game.

That said, if this is what it takes to strengthen central midfield, I'm all up for that.
