Whilst it was a fudge up by Porro plus a great cross by Kerkez, Spence hadn’t just sprinted up the pitch (like Sarr and Bentancur) so really had no excuse for failing to stay goal side of his man to prevent that tap in at far post.

I'm admittedly not watching the match but that freeze frame says a lot to me. As per usual we are rubbing back facing our own and trying to defend so much space. Of course we make mistakes, of course there are some poor decisions made. We actively try to defend in the most difficult circumstances.
