Am going to start this now

The Agency, started like gangbuster but frankly went downhill fast. Utter dross by the end IMO. Stuck with it and likely to stick with it, but for the star cast, its pretty pretty pretty bad

Having watched all of From in just over a week, I’ve now started to watch Severance.

I've also been watching Severance lately. Really like it so far. Only seen five episodes, a bit curious whether they can keep it interesting for two seasons or whether it goes into something else entirely once the plot is up, so to speak.

The problem with shows on streaming services, even more so than back in the day on tv, is their lifespan is entirely dependent on the numbers and they know everything about how many that watch and who they are. For instance: If those who only sign up for short periods to binge a show don't come back for later seasons it quickly gets killed off, even if there's a four season arc and everything is planned out. All they care about is bringing in more subscribers and plots will be added or discarded as needed. There's no interest in creating quality that can be revisited for years to come, just pumping out a certain amount of new material every month.

100%! I find tv shows in general to be way less interesting now than a few years ago.

They've kept it interesting so far in season 2
