Just watched the Ripper on Netflix. Well made doco but not enough about his prison time. West Yorkshire police really messed up the investigation.
 
Anyone else watching The Third Day? Jude Law takes the Edward Woodward role (and possibly the Lee one, too) on an Essex Summerisle. Paddy Considine is a McGregor-esque landlord. Three episodes in, liking it a lot.

Felix Barrett of Punchdrunk was heavily involved, and the general atmosphere of confusion and dread is what he was trying to achieve - unsuccessfully - in his all-day Kabeiroi experience.
 
He must be nailed on to play Phil Collins now music bionics are all the rage. Wasn’t there a particularly brick David Bowie one recently where they didn’t have the rights for any of his actual music?

Yep
The family wouldn’t let them have the rights but the still cracked on anyway
The guy playing Bowie is in the Detectorists and sings the songs in it

it could be decent... it could be like the Hendrix one I saw 20 minutes off and turned off (again no rights to the music)
 
Good lord Star Trek Discovery is absolutely awful.

Was on the fence for S1 and S2 thinking it will find it’s feet, but it’s turned into a complete Mongolian cluster fudge.
