Yep regarding the 80's. Wasn't Pleat their manager? I remember the Stein brothers (Mark being 5ft 3 - bless Panini albums). Ricky Hill, Foster and Harford. Who was their keeper? Les something.

I'm normally all for giving refs some benefit of the doubt when it comes to close calls and marginal decisions.

For this one he must have experienced some kind of intermittent extremely slow blink syndrome or something to not see it.

The FA is beyond departed. If you try and end someone's career with a double footed studs up lunge, it's a three game ban, if you get caught. If you slightly nudge a 17 year old ballboy, it's a 5 game ban. LOGIC.
