It's actually a really good adaption by Sissoko, he'd watched lamela put a similar chance on a plate for Harry in the first only for Harry to get to roostery and miss the target.
So with thoughts at the speed of light Sissoko has played a ball to Harry slightly off that has forced him to concentrate and bang its a goal.
Genius.

Winks had no options in front of him
Match of the day highlighted how close they all were so you can be expansive when threading a needle through a hay stack

And the tempo improved massively at half time

Lamela became involved wide for example leaving room for the CMs to come through the middle

Kane himself said the pass was so good he only needed one touch and could pick where he planted it

Yet it clearly wasn't where he was asking for it - where, I suspect, he could have hit it first time.

Now Kane is supreme at taking one touch and shooting, so the difference is negligible, but we can't hold an inaccurate pass as an example of a good contribution when the very minimum we should expect from any footballer is a better one.

It was a good pass in that Kane didn't have to do anything special to score the goal.... easy control and then a finish that he would make 8 or 9 times out of 10.

I do accept your point there about options. I disagree about tempo though. I thought we had a little 5 minute spell after half time while Poch's hairdryer treatment was still probably ringing in the player's ears but once that was over we seemed to revert back to type until Eriksen came on. It was only then that it looked a case of 'when' as opposed to 'if' we scored.
 
I've been watching CringeCon 2019-2020 and honestly, for anyone that hates Sissoko, last season must have been really tough for all of you. To constantly see this guy starting games probably pained your souls deeply.

Without a doubt, several posters here have an agenda against Sissoko. That is a simple fact that's been touched on (aka politicization of our squad) by other posters, but I can't figure out what it is about him that causes a few to get their panties all twisted up. All the excuses listed tend to be football-related but I think there must be something deeper. At the end of the day, it's not like anything said here actually matters so it doesn't bother me too much; I just find myself more perplexing than anything else that fans would so readily brick on one of their own players who's performing well. On the flip-side of that, those same posters are labeling anyone else that supports Sissoko as being part of his fan-club... no, we're just fans of Spurs and like to see any player performing well. If Sissoko has a bad game, it's not like someone will try to claim he actually did well. It just feels as though there is very little objectivity which the Sissoko-haters bring.

Like I said, your opinions don't matter and neither do mine in the grand scheme of things. I only think it's a shame that people hate him so much. It must be very tiring for you guys to maintain that, though.

Like I said, rating a player's performance over a season in all competitions is more or less something that's fairly objective. I'd say the vast majority of fans have turned their opinions round on Sissoko and have warmed up to him and appreciated his contributions last season. I merely posit that some supporters here have an agenda. What's so difficult to grasp about that?

You lost me here. I don't think there is anyone on here who hates Sissoko. Some just don't rate him too highly.
