A joke. Has Harry Arter been charged for his attempt to break Wanyama's leg earlier in the game?
I hope this time we finally ask some serious questions of the FA about how the deal with these cases. We just seem to let them steamroll us whenver they want without fighting it. At least that is how it looks from the outside. And the FA only looks at things that have been highlighted by the media. No one has mentioned the Artner v Wanyama-incident, so he gets away with it evne though it was ten times worse.
Will we notice?
We can hope our players know what they can and can't do in a game and control themselves.Agreed and as I said above, Arter was mischief making in the first place when he went chasing after Sissoko 3 yards over the touchline.
I don't see what we can do given the FA are the governing body unfortunately.
Ah the old "He impaled himself with my sword routine", are you serious?!
It was clearly an accident when you look at the pictures. We can hope our players know what they can and can't do in a game and control themselves.
Things like throwing elbows always get punished more than rough tackles. Just like spitting at an opponent gets you a red and a ban. It's not a new rule. Sissoko was stupid to do it.A joke. Has Harry Arter been charged for his attempt to break Wanyama's leg earlier in the game?

Like I said, it didn't look like a purposeful act, and it was never going to hurt anyone. Wanyama was lucky not to get seriously injured.Things like throwing elbows always get punished more than rough tackles. Just like spitting at an opponent gets you a red and a ban. He's a bit unlucky there. He caught him alright but I think he just went to block him off rather than elbow him intentionally. The intent wasn't there IMO.

It means he's guaranteed to start in the CL
Didn't look that intentional with real time replays for me, but as is the norm the more you slow the replay down the worse it looks.....I actually thought it looked intentional when watching the replays on Saturday.
