Mousa Dembele

Despite Dembele being a nitwit I still love the bloke and it is clear from the games from which he is missing how important he is to us. For me a striker and cover for Dembele are essential for a serious title challenge.

Dembele, like Toure for City, is the player that enables us to break the press.

Watch our wide players when he gets the ball, they always gamble that he will keep it - they can move past the press line safely, knowing that it's very rare he'll lose the ball.

Any match where he hasn't played or has played below his own high level, teams have pressed us out of the game.
Making his actions even more stupid. Can't believe Poch would be too thrilled either. I really thought he would only get one additional game to the three game ban. This is a little OTT.

I remain convinced he will move for Wanyama if given a green light by Soton.
Wanyama is very good. I like him. I was impressed with him at Celtic and though he had a poor start to his time at Southampton he obviously has fully acclimatised to the pace of PL now.
As well as deputising for Dier I can see him being used as part of 3 when we want to close a game out (which we are not good at now IMO :(). A trio of Dier/Dembele/Wanyama would be a tough nut to crack.

Wanyama has the most red cards this season in the Premier League. I can't see why Poch would be interested in that ;)
Perhaps he was angry at Southampton for blocking his move to the mighty Spurs last Summer. Any way judging by the Chelsea game , he'd fit right in here.

This makes my blood boil - Mousa is a total idiot.
Hope Poch show him the error of his ways in no uncertain terms.
