He’s an absolute beast. Love his work rate and commitment
He's actually too strong at times. He rarely gets the rub of the green from the refs because he's so strong. Quite annoying really. He’s an absolute beast. Love his work rate and commitment
Is that you Jose?Does he have a brother we can buy for the other wing?

Pretty much the same for all really strong players. Contact that would floor Bryan Gil and be an obvious free kick they just have to deal with. He's actually too strong at times. He rarely gets the rub of the green from the refs because he's so strong. Quite annoying really.
Vitor Pereira said post-match that the reason top teams spend huge money on players strong in the one-on-ones, is that you effectively need three players to shut them down - one to stop them going down the outside, one in case they go inside, and one to cover the spade behind in case they get past their man. They draw players to them, creating space for others.
Almost certain he was referring to Kudus here, and it's 100% true. At the moment we're only seeing flashes of what that results in, because the rest of the team isn't quite cohesive enough to take advantage of the spaces Kudus makes by drawing players to him.
But there are little bits and pieces that show what a dangerous team we can be once we learn to use the space Kudus creates. Bergvall has already figured this out, hence his runs down the inside channel when Kudus is on the ball, using the space he creates. In time other players will make more of those runs, and Kudus himself will release the ball a bit earlier.
To be a truly deadly team though, you need that sort of player on both flanks. So a Kudus-esque LW should be our priority.
To be fair refs also discriminate against the Bryan Gil types, think they need to 'man up' or whatever. They also often don't get deserved free kicks, basically refs struggle to see in the grey areas.Pretty much the same for all really strong players.
