Mauricio Pochettino

Hinges on Boehly and whether or not he gets in the way/stacks the squad with players of his own choosing, if he settles down and lets Poch manage the squad how he sees fit then Chelsea will be duking it out with City in a couple of seasons and likely overtake them once Pep calls it a day.

It will be a very dark dark day when pochettino is celebrating winning a cup with Chelsea ... let that sink in for a minute.

We should have gone for pochettino knowing Julian naglesmann said no to that mob.
 
Didn't Naglesmann turn them down because he didn't think managers should be subject to competing interviews. He wants a club to target him because they like what they see, not for him to be part of a beauty parade selling himself.

Poch will know he interviewed once and Potter got the job and now that he is not a clear first choice. Hopefully this puts him off.

Absolutely, he is a good manager, people will mock him but they are clueless TBH

They had to build an extension to their facilities to get the players in for meetings and he was being pressured to keep all the players happy, he had two and a half teams there after all the signings and no strikers.

Its all well and good having all those players and people who get a hard on for signings will always make it sound like simple solutions but it rarely happens like that

I mean no team he has had at this level had a striker but still…
 
Could someone please start some rumours that Levy has met up with Poch.. Even if its not happening it would be funny to see the Chelsea meltdown!

I can see your point, however you know as well as i do that all that will do is give the usual Levy out phalanx more reason to bitch when it does not happen.
 
Pochettino has gone down a level in my view of him. I’m happy that he brought so much excitement to us and we were at our recent best under him. But to take up a post at Chelsea is to show that Spurs are not in his heart and that he has little care for us aside from it being a career move. It’s a sad day but the stark reality of the World I guess.
