It does, I know a lot of managers pay lip service to the fans but the smile on Pooch's face when he came over to us at the end looked genuine to me and he looked as happy as the fans jumping up and down around me.

This for me. Watching that footage today Poch was clearly so hyped up by the win. When we hear/read rumours about Man Utd or others being after him, and then watch his reactions yesterday, I feel totally confident that this is where he wants to be right now and for the foreseeable future. I am not sure I can remember seeing such a bond between manager and players before.
