Mauricio Pochettino - Sacked

Come on guys, there's no need for that. Everyone is entitled to his opinion and if it's wrong just call it out, don't attack the man personally.

I was just calling him a pessimistic sod. Dont be so precious.

I accused @parklane1 of cottaging last night! He just laughed it off ................

it's the way the game is now, he won't be here for a decade, he'll either get poached or fired, thats football

not at Arsenal.

Poch would be a masochist to go to ManU or Chelsea! I agree a richer Masochist, but a masochist nonetheless.

If Poch want Real or Barca he will get his chance.

definitely seems to be more width. The FB's seem to be spending more time further up the pitch, at least to me, and do seem to putting more crosses in, rather than pulling it back or bringing the ball infield, as they seemed to be earlier on.

I better get this leaving card for Poch in the post pronto then! Thanks for the heads up!

My little ray of sunshine!

If you want, I could explain to you how Kane and Alli will eventually leave as well, but I don't want to put a financial strain on you by making you buy so many cards. ;)

The original article I was responding to said that Poch could move to United (or something). Some people agreed that it could happen, some people didn't and said that Poch would *never* do that. I say that it could happen, and the club hopefully has backup plans in case it does.

Sorry if that's too mind-numbingly awful for you to hear: didn't realise that we lived in a sunshine-filled fairy world where nothing can go wrong, ever. :p

I have been a Spurs fan for a long time and follow football closely - there are ups and downs as we all know.

You get off on the downs - you repeat all negertive media regarding Spurs you can lay your hands on.

It's boring!

So, nothing at all like an AVB/Mourinho team then ;)

As a paid-up member of the AVB Fan Club, I should be challenging you to pistols at dawn. :p

Precious, I'm starting to doubt that you even recognize the concept of 'downs'. For you and @parklane1, everything's perpetually unquestionable, everything's rosy, and anyone daring to differ from your rigid opinions or question the club's actions in any way is attacked as a 'moaner', a 'whiner', or some other such rubbish. Even in post-match threads, you two are the first round the scene, spewing spittle and foam as you round with fury and bilge on anyone daring to be disappointed.

I've seen people like that in cults around the world. I have to say, I never imagined I'd meet them on an internet football forum. I disagree with @alekaras, @thfcsteff, @milo, @Gazzasrightboot, @braineclipse and others all the time.

But I've never found in them the same crazy-eyed zealotry and willingness to turn on their fellow fan that I've found in you and @parklane1. I'm happy to disagree with them as much as possible, and I sincrely enjoy reading what they have to say and responding in kind (even steff, who's probably the most un-nuanced viewer of Poch's term so far out there). You two...I've started laughing at parklane's clockwork 'moaner! moaner! MOANER!' posts, because he doesn't even see the hypocrisy, the poor sod. That's all I can do, really. And amidst all the arguments that spring up from the zealots attacking the 'non-believers', it's a wonder that this site is as robustly intellectually stimulating as it is.

'There are ups and downs, as we all know'. Evidently you don't, in your black and white world where people who agree that everything's great = acceptable and people who even slightly disagree = heretics. Change that viewpoint, because it's never too late. The world isn't black and white: it's grey to the point of distraction.
