Anyone who thinks Poch is inflexible has not been watching most of the games.
Lack of DM usage when we badly required it last season
The use of inverted wingers no matter how crowded the midfield is
High line +suicidally high up FBs even when not using first choice players
Poch may alter certain things, but his stubbornness and lack of flexibility (the inverted wingers & never use midfield width particularly drive me crazy) is plainly obvious
Couple of posters have talked about is Poch the man to win the league = no, too young, too inflexible, too inexperienced. However, winning the league is not his mandate, he was hired to get the best out of a younger squad, hold our 5th/6th position, challenge for 4th and trophies, get us through the stadium build years.
