Jamie Donley

Perhaps better for their development to stay the full season on loan and then reevaluate in the summer. Big step up too.

But if we can't get reinforcements in the door in the transfer market recalling a couple of the loan players like Donley and Devine could be useful.

Exactly, this is where the club needs to be smart

- If we need a warm body, fudging buy/loan a journeyman
- Donley, Keeley, Vuskovich, Philips, these players are getting game time, full 90 minutes where the team needs them to deliver, they are the star. That is critical experience that they won't get being cover/rotation here while a few players are injured.

In my opinion, they all can stay out next season as well (if they are playing every game and being successful where they are).

Devine too.

Will probably have to evaluate in the summer, but more loans for most of them, perhaps at a higher level for some, is probably a good plan.

Donley clearly has talent. But the step up to being a regular for us is still a significant one.

I hope we can find good, non journey man, options in the transfer market and not mess with the development plans for these players.
