ITK Thread

Imo, we should stay clear of him, he will get back with his old mates a start to go awry for him, why he was ship north in the first place.

Update time from my end.

We are hoping for more movement in this week.

Spence is moving well and although I'm not keen it's still encouraging if he was the first option.

Bastoni no change, still progressing. Despite what the journo's are saying my man reiterated again he's happy to come and has spoken to Conte personally.

For CF Scamacca is high on Conte's wish list. There are other options though and he's not cheap. We definitely want a big strong CF.

Kostic not off the table as yet it's a balance of addressing a number of needs and he's not a priority now but could address some of those requirements depending on how else we strengthen.

ASM. No idea if we are actually interested and wasn't in the original plans. Agent whoring him and not just to us, I guess if the price was right we might see what we can do. Personally think this is agent driven more than THFC(last sentence is opinion).

Been told we have a strong interest in two Midfielders both in Italy and neither are Italian one more attacking the other more of an all rounder. Won't put the names out until there is a stronger link than currently out there.

Maehle could be an interesting option. Can play either side, as can Doherty and perhaps Perisic. Perisic can play further forward too.

If we ever wanted five wing backs in total that would be the kind of flexibility that would make that a reasonable option. Given the fixture list, injury record for Sessegnon, perhaps some uncertainty about a player like Spence if we signed him. 5 options could be really good.

Not looking to dig out Doherty, but I’d say he’s proved he can only play RWB for us, the drop in standard to when he plays LWB, LB or RB is huge.

Spoke to my guy today, club more confident than ever that a deal for Bastoni will be done. Seems we've made some progress the past 48 hours. Obviously not done but looking good

Haha its strangely pleasing when their gonads is shown up for what it is. Tonight Bastoni liked a post saying he's staying put with two hearts in club colours. His agent has said he's staying, not even leaving things slightly open with a 'but you never know in football'. I wonder what these attention-seeking saddos are posting now?
