Until he bangs in a few winners. Then most is forgotten. But he will never have the same status ever again, which is a huge shame, because he's the best player we've ever had, and he should be one of the greatest legends. Unfortunately he has severely tainted his legacy.

He wins a trophy or two the fans will forget. Winning solves everything.

Fans are fickle look at how happy they were to welcome bale back.

He is a big reason but the fact remains it still
didn't happen. All good and I am not a hater as you know, I just don't accept that we should be ingratiating ourselves to his wishes...I know that you and I agree on this...
 
I doubt he will be involved on Sunday but would be interesting to see how City would cope with him if he came on. Would he take a penalty in the very unlikely event Mr Taylor or his VAR chum Attwell gave us one.
 
If has been training in isolation since last Friday and then back with the team from Thursday there is no reason why he shouldn't at least be on the bench on Sunday

However, she did say that the club arranged the location of his holiday and were 100% aware of the return date. Tbf I'm sure it was reported earlier in the summer that Kane was having an extended summer break and potentially going to miss the opening game of the season as a result - that's when the rumours started to ramp up

I maybe wrong but I dont remember the club saying anything about him not returning on time. The media loved the story and couldnt get enough of stirring it up, as this story painted Kane as as a martyr fighting back against his evil employers, surely the people employed to protect his image could have told us all this early last week?
