Formula One on Sky

So Lewis came 8th in the end :D Why should he retire, as long as he is still enjoying it (obviously not as much when he's had a poor season) and getting paid handsomely for something he loves good for him.

Don't see people crying about Alonso still going....

Still 2 of the best drivers there is.

I can see Hamilton going either way to be honest, never easy to change platform like that, even more so after such a long stint in the same underlying package.

I think him retiring at the end of the year, is just as likely as Ferrari sorting the car out and getting him back in the title fight next season.

Personally I reckon he will see out his second year, I don't think he will want to go out with a season like this and hopefully would feel more acclimatised in the car for next season....

They need to do more than sort the car out. Hamilton had what, 8? laps in Q1. They couldn't find him space for a clear lap once. They only found Leclerc 1 clear lap.

How many times have they screwed their own drivers over with poor decisions in the last few years? I thought Vasseur might solve it but it clearly runs deeper than personnel. I don't know if it's their data modelling or what but it's a problem.

Anything can happen and did with both Lando & Piastri disqualified
Max only 24 points behind now, I bet he wins it again !!

Would be remarkable!

Noris still in the driving seat. 24 points ahead and two races. Is there a sprint race too? Anything is possible!

Been impressed by Noris’ mentality. He looked meek early in the season but now he’s in a good place. Unlike Oscar. 2 races to go and 3 drivers can still win it…

New rules next season, so the car will be as different as it gets! New engines, 30-40% less downforce, no DRS etc.

Will all be about harvesting electricity?

I’ve had a hybrid car for 5 years or so. And will probably get another. The tech they developed in F1 ends up in road cars often.
