Eric Dier

It's going to be tough next year when we've had to sell Lloris, Walker, Rose, Alderweireld, Dembele, Dier, Lamela, Delli Alli and Kane, but at least we are signing 37 other players, most of whom I never heard of. I just don't understand why people buy into this crap.

You missed the bit about us moving to Milton Keynes permanently, sharing the ground permanently, and renamimg ourselves as Athletico Milton. The new ground at WHL will become a new Butlins, complete with Olympic size swimming pool, named after Winston Silcott

Oh I forgot Poch leaving, the club being sold to a megalomaniac despot from the east, I know the last bits true as Elvis down the chip shop told me.

So has anybody heard any rumours of him being injured for today's match,as mentioned by @markysimmo in the OMT who said it's being discussed in the Manc forums?
Or has anybody got concrete info to say this is BS?

Yeah, first that clam of a WBA player pulled his shirt down, then he clattered Dier's neck climbing up, then he scored, before finishing the job by running over Dier on the ground while celebrating.

Bitter, me? Not at all! :p

Bitter, party of TWO. I am across the table from you swearing at the rolls!!!

I fully support the general trend in the Prem towards treating head injuries with a *lot* of precautionary measures (and I'll never complain about the physios prioritizing player safety over on-pitch considerations, unlike a certain Portuguese c*nt) but it doesn't half make it hard on the fans who have to figure out whether the player being ushered down the tunnel's really out of it or if it's just a bump on the head. Better communication from the club in these instances would be helpful; perhaps a tweet or something with an update on Dier's condition post-match.

This is ridiculous.
After any concussion a person is in real danger of Second Impact Syndrome for weeks sometimes.
Either he has been cleared to engage in physical activity or he hasn't.
His brain isn't going to react differently if he heads the ball in training or in a game.
The fact that he has been training makes me wonder whether he had experienced concussion at all?
