I remember some people saying that about vardy after his first good season, he went on to score at a good rate for years after that.
Not saying Solanke will do the same but he might. Got enough about him that Chelsea and Liverpool signed him.

Don’t rate him. Underwhelming in a Werner kind of way, if it comes to pass. Worryingly, see it being a Levy kind of deal: 15 million up front, a further 10 million when he scores 30 or more in a season; 15 million additional payment if he becomes the first PL player in space.

Why do we do this every time someone is linked? Get all panicky? Has it not been mentioned about a billion times that we put our fingers in multiple pies just to test the waters. He is probably 10th choice and we have enquired just for the sake of it. Romano literally says we explored it.
