Build us different to costWould be weird for us to capitalise it at far less than it cost us to build it wouldn’t it? I don’t get why we would do that?
YepArsenal, they beat arsenal to win the league. Arsenal were top of the league before Leicester went top.
See the SwissRamble piece... £40m taken out by the owners. Not that i know of.

Press story or gospel? Was he offered Tielemens as an alternative to Grealish perhaps?... with the manager preferring the latter (as we know he very much wanted Grealish)?
I just think the dynamic between Levy and Poch on transfers wasn't great. Levy will always look for value. Poch I think was not clear who he wanted but at the same time wanted to control transfers himself. The dynamic didn't work so well. But look at the history of who we were trying to get, and Spurs were trying to buy the right players in Grealish and Tielmans. With the stadium revenue and a new manager we should be able to be more incisive with transfers again.

FFP doesn’t exist anymoreLatest accounts for leicester show their wages to turnover ratio for 2019/20 of 105%. Surely ffp has to come into play?

I was being sarcasticI know uefa scrapped their rules but have not heard about the premier league (rules are slightly different)?
Hopefully uefa bring in rules that work. Guardian says should be based on wages and transfer fees.
Are you sure we have bought the golf course? Enfield were offering a 25 year lease only.Remember we haven't stopped building on it. 500 seater stand. Accomodation block. Ampitheter. We even bought the golf course next door.
The first half of Pochs reign we were more assertive in our buying
The second half wasn’t like that IMO
We didn’t know we’ll enough exactly what we wanted and was more scatter gun in player qualities if not position
It’s why we actually made a lot of purchases but the team
Didn’t really change
I also think it was bloody hard for a player to get up to speed in Pochs set up
FFP rules were relaxed for Covid. Shame our owners didn’t do what quite a few others have....Latest accounts for leicester show their wages to turnover ratio for 2019/20 of 105%. Surely ffp has to come into play?

And the other one is levy who isn’t that rich

Yes.... but how much more than the initial £26m capitalised cost?.... another £8m maybe? Not sure, but the point stands we've been constantly upgrading the training ground since it opened.
