Id rather have a coach who has PL experience. Iraola; Silva or Frank.
PL experience isn't necessary and none of the guys toy mentioned had PL experience until they got the job that gave them that very same PL experience. Theresa actually no correlation of PL experience and success, more so the other way.

https://sportwitness.co.uk/from-ger...o-manager-contact-made-could-beat-rb-leipzig/

This week’s edition of SportBild‘s magazine says Glasner remains a candidate and then states Tottenham ‘can offer a higher salary’ and therefore beat RB Leipzig to the Crystal Palace manager. The German media may want to dismiss Tottenham being more attractive as being solely down to money, but that probably isn’t the case given the previous reports from Austria.

Basically us going after Glasner at Palace

Follow the thread on the Glasner links and you’ll see it’s complete gonads.

Bild is generally seen as a brick rag of a newspaper over in Germany, but their Sports section seems to be regarded as fairly reliable from what I've gathered. Having said that, our link to Glasner in the article is but a sidenote, so probably not of great importance.

Yeah, the link (translated) is literally only this:

And the Austrian has received inquiries from Premier League clubs (including Tottenham) that can offer higher salaries.

Which gets picked up by FourFourTwo and then Spurs aggregators and suddenly he's signing on the dotted line, only for it to not happen and Levy's an idiot and no one wants to manage us etc etc.

Starting to warm to the idea of Frank more

PL experience
Shown can manage a squad over 46 games
Improves players
Used to data driven recruitment
Seems like a decent person and players enjoy working with him

Gone a bit cold on Iraola after an Athletic podcast where they talked about him and Ange having the highest running stats. It's unsustainable in modern day football, the players have too many games. Liverpool were very wise choosing Slot in part because he knows how to keep players fit. More and more that is going to be important in managers with the volume of games these days.

I think Glasner or Silva should be front runners. More experience, PL experience, have made their teams better than the individuals.

I'm expecting a change at the end of the season now, even if the Europa doesn't go our way, which would be better for candidates currently in work.

Levy might save money by hiring a team of head coaches, rotating them in and out depending on form. Levy can decide. I mean coaches do suffer from fatigue too.

Football is 80's style .. Frank gets results but it's fudging route one stuff, classic works well enough against the chaff in the league, fails against anything above

Brentford wins - Palace (x2), Southampton (x2), Wolves, Ipswich, Bournemouth (x2), Leicester (x2), Saudi Sportswashing Machine, West Ham. Saudi Sportswashing Machine is literally the only surprise in that list, only team in top 8 they got a result against. They have been doubled by us and lost to United

We need to stay far away ..

It will be juat our luck that Howe will have to step back with a dodgy ticker, Poch will lead them to back-to-back titles, while our sloppy seconds punt Frank will toil away for the 12 games he lasts.

How do you think of the most obscene thing for every situation?
