Cody Gakpo

Goes back to RDZ saying if someone doesn't want to be here it's best they leave I suppose...I have been very consistent on my views re: Richy right no

Fine if he doesn’t use it as an excuse
The guy is rumoured to now be the highest paid manager in the league
He has been backed like no other
He has to deliver cohesive performances at the very least

But he’s not a #9. He’s best as a striker similar to Marmoush who is a significant upgrade. I’d argue Tel offers more as striker (not a winger) than Richy.
Cant disagree
Said it before that CF is like GK in that’s is such a specialist role
And Richy was never a CF even at Everton it was a rare thing

Yes...and this is the second game of his personal tenure. The 7 last season were a survival job.

I am prepared to be patient and even take a middling season ('Shagger' Chadli/Mason/Bentaleb era Poch) if it means the devlopment of what I'm seeing he wants to do.

I understand this is down to personal choice, and whether someone sees the direction of traffic as one they like or not. If people like it, we have to acknowledge it will take time. If people don't, then I understand how they'd be feeling angry. I personally saw enough patterns today to convince me we are on a good path.

I agree this is his start
Last what was nothing like this for many reasons
I can see shoots of positivity
I can see his Stubbornness too
He is worryingly predictable in the way he talks
He, so far, has also been predictable in his erratic line up selection
My worry is he won’t adapt to what he has and wants what he needs
The CB situation is scary
The CF one too
He has to sort that

All very fair points.
I suppose it comes down to faith or fear?
I am not ready to be afraid (again) yet LOL!!!

He does have the players though. If anything he will no longer have the ability to adapt to the style we were playing last season.
